Founded by husband and wife duo Roland and Leslie Nicole Smith—affectionately known as Mr. and Mrs. Smith—we exist to build people by honoring their unique journeys and unlocking their full potential. Through creative consulting in the performing arts, professional coaching, and purpose-driven support, we help individuals thrive personally and professionally, while shaping a sustainable future for artists and leaders in Indianapolis and beyond.
